Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

As you use our site, we may collect data from you to improve and personalise your experience. The data we collect is outlined on this page.

All information that we hold is held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We will not transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

Your data will not be shared with any third parties that are not mentioned on this page. Any information that we do provide to a third party (i.e. a delivery company) will include only information relevant to their service.

You may, at any time, request to see the data that we are holding about you, or request for your information to be removed. Please send us an email at mail@activitytoysdirect.com.

If any of your personal information is incorrect, please contact us to help us keep all your data correct and up-to-date.

1. Placing an Order

By placing an order with us, you agree to share your data with us so that we may fulfil your order and deliver your goods. The information we require to carry out your purchase will include:

We do not store any credit card details or PayPal logins on our website. All payments are managed via PayPal or SagePay depending on your preference.

Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email to the address that you provide. This email will outline the information you have given us, as well as providing any information necessary for you to contact us about your order.

Your delivery details and contact number will be supplied to our couriers to allow them to deliver your item. On certain items, you may receive a text message, providing a smaller delivery window on your items.

If you opt-in, your name, email address, order ID, and a list of items you have purchased will be shared with our review aggregator, Reviews.co.uk. These details will be used to invite you to review our service, to allow you to provide feedback to us and other customers. If you accept the invitation and review our site, your email will be anonymized, and you will have the option to anonymize your name. This is entirely optional and can be opted out before you place your order, or at any time before the review invitations are sent.

Once your order is completed and fulfilled, we will keep a record of your order so that we can assist you should you have a problem with your items. We will not email you further from this point onward unless you have explicitly given us consent.

2. Newsletter

By signing up to our newsletter, you agree to join our mailing list and receive our marketing emails, advertising our latest offers and promotions.

Our newsletter is provided by Constant Contact, who will be given only your email address and name. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time by emailing us at mail@activitytoysdirect.com, or by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of any of these newsletters.

3. Product Questions

When submitting a question about a product you will be asked to submit an email address which will allow us to send an automated reply once we have responded to your question. Your email will not be revealed on our website, and will be removed from our records once your reply has been sent.

4. Contacting Us

When you contact us through any means (including email, telephone, online chat, social media, or our online form) we will never use your information for anything other than the reason of your contact.
