A: The platform is 1.2m high.
Q: Is it possible to pay now and choose a delivery date next month to tie in with my little girl’s birthday and can you pay for it to be assembled?
A: You can select a suitable day for delivery. However we do not an assembly service.
Q: Does this climbing frame need secured in to the ground?
A: Yes, this come complete with the anchors.
Q: Does this item need to be fixed in to the ground?
A: The item requires fixing into the ground. The anchors and instructions to do so.
Q: At what height is the slide from the floor
A: The platform height is 4ft. The length is 8ft.
Q: Does this come with everything that is needed to build it?
A: All parts come with the frame apart from the tools needed to assemble. Tools Required - Ratchet Socket Wrench x 2 with: 13mm Socket x 2 17mm Socket x 1 Cordless Power Drill with: PH#1 x 1 PH#2 x 1 PZ#2 x 1 5mm Drill Bit 7mm Drill Bit Mallet x 1
Q: Can the climbing wall be installed on the right hand side of the slide instead of the left?
A: We would recommend checking with manufacturer directly.
Q: Can you buy the swing set seperatly to add onto this?
A: unfortunately we do not currently stock the swing arm on its own.

Climb up the ladder and then slide back down the wavy slide, or challenge yourself to reach the top of the rock climbing wall! Beneath the tower is a sandpit so you can dig and build! The tower even comes with accessories, including binnoculars, a play telephone, and a chalk board!

Received the item within a few days. A few items were damaged in transit (slide and blackboard). Contacted customer service on a Saturday and on Monday they returned to me. Replacement slide was delivered next day. I was advised blackboard had to come from manufacturer and so I waitied about a week as expected. All deliveries were advised by text and so pretty good service. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews but glad to say had a good experience. The lookout tower so good quality. Instructions easy to follow. States a 2 man 5 hour build but I think it took just me maybe 4 hours. It is easy to misread the instructions, especially when referring to pictures showing orientations of wooden parts and their hole locations. I was left with 2 random bits of wood with numbers that are not mentioned in the instructions and screws left over. Other than that I had to countersink a few screws on the deck as they were not quite long enough to attach securely to crossbrace. Overall pretty good with happy children and a now bare patch of grass at the bottom of the slide..!

Really nice tower and happy with it now it’s up . Instructions were ok when you get used to them.l but it does need more amendments as there are still mistakes. sometimes it’ says use certain screws when in actual fact they are not even in the contents. Overall I would buy another and boy loves it.

The tower itself is good but the climbing wall attachments are so flimsy as to make this part unusable.

The tower looks lovely on the picture but we had pieces missing and with wrong numbers that didn’t match the instructions. It took ages to construct!
