Factory Seconds are discounted products that have been returned for one reason or another - please see below for further explanation. All items will fit into one of the below three categories unless stated otherwise. Some products may have minor wear and tear.
Mail Order Return - An item that may have got lost in our courier network and then found, return to sender or a customer return via distance selling rules (this means un-used and in the original packaging)
Bad Box - Items that have arrived off the container with damage to the packaging. All items are checked to ensure all parts are in the box and that there is no serious damage.
No Warranty - no warranty available for the item.
