Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

We offer our Standard Monday to Friday Next Day carrier delivery service for just £4.99.

Small items will be despatched by Royal Mail for just £2.95 on a two to three day service. This may be upgraded to a next day carrier service for £7.95.

Saturday deliveries are available for £19.99.

Where We Deliver To

We are able to deliver to the places in green on the map. We are unable to deliver to the areas in red: Northern Ireland, Channel Island, IOM, Scottish Islands.

Estimated Delivery Time

Deliveries on Standard Delivery are usually made within 2 to 5 working days. If we are unable to deliver to you within this period, we will notify you of the delay.

The 'Cut-Off' time for our Next Day Service is 4.00pm - Orders placed after this time will miss our delivery vans. We operate Monday to Friday, weekends are therefore not within our normal working week or delivery timescales.

Example:
Order at 3.30pm Monday - Delivery = Next Day (Tuesday)
Order at 4.30pm Monday - Delivery dispatched Tuesday on a Next Day Service - Delivery = Wednesday.

Order before 4pm Friday – Delivery = Next Day (Monday)

Delivery Date

We will advise you of the estimated delivery date of your goods by e-mail prior to shipping. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the nominated address. Failed deliveries will be returned to the Depot to await further instructions. In this situation, the cost of depot return and redelivery will be charged within any credit due or prior to re-delivery. Please note we do NOT offer timed delivery slots. All UK deliveries will take place between 8.00am-6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Where you have ordered multiple items we reserve the right to dispatch them separately.
